With our project Living History we want to revive the times from the Middle Ages to the modern era in an entertaining way. History will become an experience. You will get to know thrilling and funny background stories - not only the common knowledge taught at school. Let yourself be persuaded that history can be fun. A story is told from the perspective of a person from the corresponding time, accompanied with music and is completed with delicious food at appropriate events. In the future organizers will be able to choose from different programs here.
It's a feast for the senses!
"On pilgrim's paths into the promised land"
Earl Eberhard, the first duke of Württemberg, reports on his journey to Jerusalem. He tells you about the adventures he experienced on his long pilgrimage in all the countries, on the ship and in the desert. Listen to the stories of the knight and experience music from old times and foreign countries, like it may have sounded in the Arabian Nights. What makes the lot one time exciting and one time funny is that the widow of Earl Eberhard tells the story in review after his death, based on books and calender records. On the other side, Eberhard tells stories that cannot be found in any books. Indulge yourself with exquisite dishes. For one evening we carry you off to another world.
